This will be short & easy. There are few other ways of doing this, but actually this will be applicable if you're using an internet connection at a cafe.
1. Fire up your Firefox Web Browser.
2. Then, Type about:config in the address bar.
3. Then, a message will be shown for security reasons. But, Click I'll be careful, I promise!.
4. Then, Search something like browser.startup.homepage.
5. Double click on it & Edit & set the Home Page URL on the pop up that comes out.
